I walked in for my appointment- to be greeted with “you can not have a child with you.” One lady upfront said- You should have gotten a text about it.” I showed her - no text information about not bringing your child. My daughter is 3, doesn’t even have to wear a mask.... yet the whole purpose was related to Covid. The manager, Aubrey kindly offered to let my daughter sit with her while I got my 10 min Botox. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I've never had such a bad experience as I have with Satin Med Spa. This was my first tattoo removal experience and the owner Jennifer told me it would be about 3-6 sessions to remove my tattoos. This was March 2017!!! It's been almost 4 years and 15 sessions later and they are not even half gone!! I finally decided to get opinions from other experts and they have all said my skin is so hyper and hypo pigmented there's nothing they can do!!!! I recently had my first visit at Satin Med Spa, and it was my first time getting Botox. Brooks took her time explaining options, procedures and answering my questions to help customize service to my needs and wants. She was professional and helped me feel comfortable with the process. It's still too early to tell what results I will have from my Botox injections yet, but if they are anywhere near what I am hoping for, I am sure I will return and recommend others for Satin Med Spa services as well.
Absolutely love everyone here! I see Brooks and she is simply amazing, but so is the entire staff! They always make me feel so welcome! Love you guys 💕
