Worst experience ever. My lashes cost me over $400 and within 24hrs over half had fallen out. I spoke with the owner and she said there was nothing she could do. I will never ever go here again

If I could give negative stars I would. I spent my hard earned money and I went in there for a fill for my eyelashes and in under a week they had all fallen out. When I called to complain they did not offer any free refill or reimbursement. They should not be allowed to do business.

I went in for a full set as a model for a new technician in turn for a discount. Afterwards, it appeared the lashes were a little too long in places, and three days later, many had fallen out. Because it was after 48 hours when I called on the third day, I was told I would have to pay for a full fill. At another place that I had eyelash extensions done, they stayed in place perfectly for weeks. I’m saddened by this experience, but it was someone new who needs more time.
