Pretty disappointed in the experience I just had at this shop. went in to fix a fender panel - they returned it looking slightly worse than when i took it in. When I mentioned I was unhappy with the work- the estimator lady blamed me " you just wanted the panel replaced" then I heard a guy in the background say- "yeah that fender needed work to get the panel to fit right, it had been worked on before...." so in about 30 seconds they blamed the customer and the car for their shoddy work? after letting them know that the work ... read more
The owner is a liar who filed a claim to my insurance saying my vehicle needed to many parts to list .. I was surprised the AAA Insurance adjuster agreed to his claim after paying my 1000 deductible I went to pick up truck an nothing he had on invoice was replaced an never needed to be .
