I recently visited sati’s and had an amazing experience with Luna from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and tidy the studio was, which immediately put me at ease. Luna was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Their gentle approach made the piercing experience much more pleasant than I anticipated. I truly appreciated their professionalism and expertise.
