12/19/25 Update: The lovely practice manager called me and explained the situation. Then normal policy is in effect due to customers not answering their phone when they are attempting to reach out for their appointments. There was also no note on my medical concerns for the receptionist to see, which has since been rectified. I want to take a moment to recognize Tiffany with Dr Sathyaprakash office. Tiffany went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation. When I had to unexpectedly take my mother to the ER, Tiffany quickly and kindly assisted me in changing my mother’s appointment. I truly appreciate her support and the way she handled everything with such professionalism and Grace.
Worthless physician for advanced osteoporosis. No Pabst, no history checked. Last appointment, she didn’t even know why we were there. Run don’t walk to Dr Bajaj for Endocrinology issuesw Roopa should have her license revoked.
