If half a star was an option, I’d choose it. My mother has a recurring tumor on her pituitary gland so she needs an Endo to help with hormones, adrenal function, etc. We saw Dr. Subbiah once in person and then had a phone meeting with her after the tumor was removed a second time. After getting established with her for graves disease and being told I would only have to travel to Mattoon to see her, I asked for an ultrasound on my thyroid because a sibling just had been diagnosed with anaplastic thyroid cancer. I was told that I just had one in 2019 (4 entire years ago) and that I would have to travel to Tuscola to see her in person for her to decide if I needed one! My first visit with her was a zoom meeting they made me go into the mattoon office for and was very generic. I would not waste your time!
Dr. Subbiah is an excellent endocrinologist. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and forthright. She is direct with hard truths but I appreciate that. I have never thought she was rude. Her staff is very friendly and supportive.
