DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. Unhelpful. Impossible to reach. Phone calls NEVER go through. Not being able to speak to anybody is not okay. I can’t imagine how difficult and complicated it is for seniors especially. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
Dr Pokala gave me and my family many more years with my husband than we would have had . My husband had a very serious and debilitating lung and heart condition from birth. Dr Pokala is an excellent doctor and a kind soul who truly cares about his patients and people. He is a good doctor and man. I highly recommend him.
