Dr Pokala is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've ever been to. He's caring and helpful, he listens to you and gives you honest answers?. I have severe pulmonary disease and sought out Dr. Pokala for help. He put me on a program that has improved my breathing. He also assisted by determining the best anesthesia for me when I was having surgery.

The doctor is good. The office staff (Luanne) and the scheduling SUCK!!!!! I waited 1 hour and 2o minutes the first time I went. Today, for my 2nd appt. I was told he is running at least an hour late. They didn't even have the decency to give me a call so that I wouldn't have to sit there and to cancel another appointment. When I told them that I thought it was very rude, Luanne just said "ok". OK?????? NOT OK!!!! People have lives and things to do. This is SO RUDE!!!!!
