NEVER STAY HERE !!!!! They added on another night to our reservation without us agreeing. Mind you didn’t tell us to we had already checked out from our agreed stay and left the hotel. When I told him we had never agreed to this and I wanted it canceled, he told me that wasn’t an option and I HAD TOO stay there another night….. and expected us to just pay the 180$ for a room I didn’t want??? Extremely rude and unprofessional. SCAMMERS ‼‼
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – No Understanding or Flexibility I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and understanding I received from Best Western in Berkeley. I could have given zero stars but not an option.. I called on 25 September 0908 hrs and 0909 hrs local time to add a note to one of the bookings, will not get into detail but the front desk guy took down all the details and hopefully added the notes to the reservation. When asked for the name of the person, literally hung up on me.. I called again giving him the benefit of doubt that the line may have disconnected, but even the second time, picked up the call and when asked the name, hung up again.. I can now understand why ... read more
