This is the crustiest and dustiest Best Westerns I’ve ever stayed at. 0/10 I would not recommend. Im pretty sure they were serving expired orange juice.
Having a super bad experience at this hotel. First of all having a lot of problems when i was about to check in and it cause delayed for one hour because they got a problem on their system. Second, we were requesting late check out because it was delayed when we checked in, i ended up got it for extra 30m. But they keep rushing me to get out of the room and the receptionist and the cleaning lady literally waiting outside of my room, waiting for me to come put. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. The photos are misleading. This Best Western feels more like a Motel 6 off some random highway in the middle of nowhere. The staff were nice enough. The rooms are small and dark, it felt more like a hospital room than a hotel room. The stains and hair in the sheets were enough for us to decide not to stay there.
They demand a deposit. Show no evidence of amount to pay until after you tap your card. They have a virtual checkin system that has you talking to a machine. Extremely impersonal. Will not be back.
I won’t stay there ever again. Search a bit more. You’ll be glad you did. I arrived as a Best Western Rewards member. For the $150+ per night charge, the 1/2 sized tiny bottle of water seemed rather cheap. The host explained that the continental “breakfast” would be served in the very small lobby-less than 10 x 10 feet. When I got to it the next morning, it seemed like something better served at a cheap motel, not a Best Western. The room was clean, and the bathroom was nice. The shower was as well.
