The music playing in the lobby made me want to eat my soul. You can wait in the lobby for a 1/2 hour before anyone even shows up. The assessment we had for our son, I feel was accurate, but the small room we were in was depressing. 5/7 would not go back.
I recently had an assessment for ADHD done by Dr. Lyons at Saterra. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Lyons was friendly, kind, understanding, thorough and detail oriented. I had a couple of long appointments for her for the assessment, followed by a final appointment, where we went over the report in extensive detail and devised a plan for treatment.
