I worked here for one week through their month-long trial promotion. The workspace was fine, a bit outdated. Customer service was very subpar. I was told I could access the space on a Monday morning but was locked out and did not receive a tour of the space or keys (to come and go) until halfway through the week. When leaving for the week, I confirmed with the office manager that I would only be billed for a trial run period, but was charged for another full month despite not utilizing the space. As a cpa meet with clients individually and in groups. Satellite workplace is my go to location for such meetings in the south bay. Well organized apportioned conference rooms attentive staff and reason fees. Also kitchen for water tea and coffee. Located on Murphy street clients have selection of cafés restaurants bookstores to enjoy after meeting. The big plus is kimmy joins meetings under table quietly 🤫 listening. Highly recommend.

My fully remote team rented the large conference room for a team onsite. It was the perfect space - private, secure, collaborative and had everything we needed, including a large whiteboard, display, coffee, tea and even fresh made waffles one day! Ann, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and friendly. There are tons of local restaurants and coffee places within a couple of blocks in this highly walkable area. I would definitely recommend the space!
