Mark and his team at Satellite City did an amazing job mounting our TV and setting up our home theater system. They were quick, efficient, and their work was super neat. Every interaction was professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
Mark the owner is great. Super knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me designed and entire system inside and out. Even down to my dock. I have continued to use their services over the years and they have been really consistent. I really appreciate having a trusted vendor that ensure my game watching and music listening experience is always at its peak. They are really good with the details. They did a terrific job specifying end installing my smart home. Expert advice in all aspect's, Automation, AV, Security, Lighting, Shades, Home Theater, HVAC, door lock control, they install and make it all work seamlessly together. Very responsive.
The worst!!! I would give them ZERO stars if I could!!!Wa paid over $10000 for a system that constantly breaks down!!we constantly need for a technician to come out and fix problems with cables and the system, we keep paying money and the problems keep coming back! So frustrating! Very unprofessional people! Do not waste your money and time with them!!!
Satellite City has provided excellent customer service installing and maintaining our AV and alarm systems. Mark Irons, the owner, helped us to figure out what we needed to make everything flow well together and gave us a good estimate-- great quality products at fair prices. Mark's team has been courteous, efficient, hardworking and knowledgeable for every service visit. Highly recommend!
