This Park is the best park ever ! This is a very small Park, clean with a few older mobile homes as well as new mobile homes being put in. Lot rent is so reasonable compared to other places very close to many amenities. The manager is extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Check out the Cheap New affordable Mobile Homes ! Well maintained 88 home park in Clearwater,FL. Off of a busy road is the only drawback i noticed.
I have lived in Satellite Bay for some time!! Also have a lot of friends here, which is why I moved here. If there are rats a home, it is due to the owner. Also we have NEVER experienced flooding. Trashing this park is not right. Yes, you keep up your own yard, that’s why the lot rent is not high. Owners are to keep up their own property or be fined. In addition to that, it’s 55 and over, so, there is no “biker” traffic.
Good place 2 live very quiet n clean. well taken care of
Just visiting but it is a very well kept park. Lawns and homes all look very nice. Very quiet neighborhood. I only saw a few folks out walking. Right on the water. Beautiful mobile home park.
