This place is DELICIOUS the atmosphere and music are delightful, it’s got a twist of Cajun like the name implies and it’s so good, the bbq has a flavor that’s hard to put to words. Definitely coming back.
Awesome Jambalaya and shrimp gumbo. Great po' boy sandwiches too.
Very good food. Charges annoying surcharges.
I placed an order to go and when I got home my pound of brisket was missing, I called and let them know what happened and manager insisted to get me a discount for the inconvenience. I returned to the restaurant and they handed me the brisket and a new receipt. The discount was amazing where they didn’t charge me for the brisket. Thanks Satchmo’s your food is delicious and the customer service was over the chart, for this reason I will return to try other Cajun foods.
