Atrium women’s health women’s care creek pointe ob/gyn. Stevia Gaston, NP. I did not feel welcomed at all. Doctor just came in didn’t introduce herself, this was my first time visiting her. She just apologized for running behind. Then she asked me what was going on and Went straight to procedure testing told me she was going to give me some medicine before even allowing any testing results to come back. Wrong medical codes have been used for annual exam which should come under preventative and should be 100% covered by my insurance. But, it has been charged to me as patient responsibility. The medical codes have not been corrected even after reaching out.
Satavia is the best. Beautiful personality. Absolutely love her. I'm completely comfortable every visit.
