1 star Do not buy from Satara Brisbane. Their products look beautiful but are not made to last and worse, they do not stand behind them. We purchased the Stripe 7 seater sofa delivered Nov 2024 and experienced severe faults including cushion inserts deflating, timber joints separating, and frame warping. When we raised this under warranty, Andrew (General Manager) refused to honour the claim, simply stating they had “never had one before” — as if that somehow invalidates our issue. Visited this shop on the weekend and the service was terrible. She didn't know much about the furniture and was very dismissive of our questions. Might want to learn the products first, always a good thing when a customer wants to buy.

*Update - after I made this review I was contacted by the company. They have said the best they can do to assist is provide $500 to go towards finding someone else to help me with it. A disappointing outcome. Unbelievably bad experience with this company. I have been trying for months and months and months to get support with a $6000 table I purchased that is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!! A timber dining table that was sold to me as "indoor furniture" however it is untreated timber which stains with the slight drop off food or water... read more
