Great customer service! They took my kids photo at school, I didn’t like the photo so he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me sending me pictures and working on getting a shot that I loved. He was also very pleasurable to chat with! Would recommend!

We received the most wonderful school pictures of our 3-year-old daughter! We reached out to the photographer a week beforehand with a couple of questions, and he was so helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He’s an independent business owner (not a big company like Lifetouch) and the personal care really shows. The form mentioned waist-up photos, but I had hoped for a standard chest-up portrait as well.
