I scheduled some work to be done on my WEDDING dress. This was a $1200 dress. I needed the waist taken in and to have it hemmed. I scheduled the work with Kathy in February. But Kathy never worked with me. Instead it was Julie. First, there's a reason why they're so willing to come to your house to measure and discuss alterations. It's because they're home smells like wet dog. Not a great place to leave clothes that you want smelling nice and fresh and that are dry-clean only. Julie did an amazing job working with my daughter and I. The initial consult and final fitting were quick, professional and completely stress free!
I am so excited and pleased with Julie and the work she did on a dress for me. My husband and I were never able to have a wedding ceremony when we married 15 years ago, and have decided to renew our vows with a ceremony this summer. So I took my dress to Julie to have several alterations made with very high expectations. She made some really good recommendations and had really good thoughts on some tough alteration decisions.
