Natalie is the best, most personable person to answer all your questions! We went back to the store several times throughout our stay with different questions and she was immediate in her response and she offered different options on how to make my daughters boots a little bit more comfortable for her. This place totally deserves five stars -just it’s awesome and we’re from Wisconsin, which makes coming here and experiencing this type of hospitality well worth the trip!
