I've been in this store a few times. The first time was to just look around and I spoke with who I believe was the owner - she was SO nice. Very friendly. The second time I went in was to buy a teething necklace for my son, and it was a different girl working and she was also extremely nice and helpful. When I had to go back a couple days later to exchange the necklace (needed a different size), I had no problems whatsoever. Very impressed!
The clothes in this store are cute, but definitely expensive. The store employee who was working the couple of times I've been inside was not very friendly. She didn't engage me in conversation at all. It didn't make me want to purchase anything from her.
My all time favorite children's boutique bar none... I moved from a different state that had lots of boutiques to chose from, however, everything I ever need I am able to find in one place. The service is impeccable, the selection is amazing and every time I give a gift from here it is always their favorite. I believe in supporting local retail stores above the chains as they are the backbone of our nation. If you need something unique, shop Sassy Pants Children's Boutique!
I have been shopping at Sassy Pants since it first opened. I love the unique selection of clothing and gifts (most made in the USA!) that you can't find at the "big box" stores. Lynette is always super friendly and helpful. If there was ever an item I wanted that she didn't carry, she went out of her way to special order it for me.
