Decided to check this place out since they just remodeled. The location was clean and comfortable; staff was friendly. What I didn’t love were the prices. You have 3 options for pedicures: $45, $70 and $85 (and this does not include the $20 up charge for gel). I selected the $45 “on the go” pedi. At any other salon you can get a good regular pedicure for $45-55. I just don’t think the prices properly reflect the quality of pedicures here.
I was driving through the Apex/Cary area this past weekend and needed a quick refresh, so I decided to stop by this salon. I am so glad I did! I got a Divine Escape Pedicure and a Dip Powder manicure. My technician (you can use a common name like Henry or Jenny if you know one, otherwise say my technician) was incredibly professional and paid great attention to detail. So disappointed, I’m new to the area and was excited to try out this place I got the $75 pedicure and was not told it was an add on for gel. $100+ later I definitely won’t be returning especially since it was also rushed and the fastest pedicure I had for it being the most expensive!
Do not go to this place, unless you know the name of the nail tech you went to last time and she/he is there to service you. They have jacked up prices services, which okay fine. But my usual girl was not there and they gave me jenny. Jenny barely understood anything I asked her to do. If she did not understand instead of asking someone she dismissed what I said twice on my color, and insisted I chose from the books. Then she ruined my toe shape. Jenny is such a vibe! She’s funny, friendly, and sooo talented. She always nails (literally!) the newest designs. Salon is super cute, calm and everyone is so friendly.
