Oh my gosh, I love this place special shout out to my nail tech Henry he is the best, knows what he is doing and doesn't bend your fingers in uncomfortable ways.
Over priced for the quality of service. Got a pedicure where nails were not trimmed well, cuticles not touched, callous not removed, and French manicure not lined well with tips of nails. Still cleaning grime from under my nails and bottoms of feet. The massage was merely ’ok’. Rub was not deep
I got my nails done Saturday 8/23. Gel manicure. When I left the salon two of my nails were bleeding from how harshly my cuticles were trimmed. Tuesday night I noticed one of the polishes had come off. Within a couple hours another had fallen off, and by the morning more than half the nails were free of polish. I called the salon and explained that I live an hour away and they refused to give me a refund or offer future services for me- said I had to come in today or tomorrow to get it fixed, when I don’t have time for that.... read more
So disappointed, I’m new to the area and was excited to try out this place I got the $75 pedicure and was not told it was an add on for gel. $100 later I definitely won’t be returning especially since it was also rushed and the fastest pedicure I had for it being the most expensive!
The girl handed me a pedicure menu and the only 2 options were 75 dollars or 125 dollars, I picked the cheaper option. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, one basic color a little opalescent pink simple color. She didn’t ask me anything just said she has those colors. So I’m relaxing playing on my phone while she does my toes, doesn’t give me but a two minute massage and rushes through my toes, my pedicure took 22 mins from start to finish. Was so rushed.
