Not at all happy with the service I received here. I had made appointments for my sister and me to get mani/pedis as a gift for her. My stylist David was insanely rushed with both the manicure and pedicure. To the point where I was sitting there waiting close to 30 minutes for my sister to be done and my stylist was already on to the next person and just left my receipt at my desk. I'm writing in response to a review left by Grace E. I was a customer in the salon when she came in and it's unfortunate I can't report her review as untrue. When she walked in, she immediately said she was going to leave the salon a 1 star review but wanted to give them a chance to fix it. The problem with her nails was that one nail was longer than the other and they offered to fix that. She instead wanted all 10 finger nails to be painted again. One star is too generous. I came in to get my nails fixed—yes, FIXED—because they were uneven and poorly done. I even offered to pay to change the color, and before I could finish my sentence, one of the staff rudely cut me off with “We don’t change the color.” Excuse me? What kind of business refuses a paying customer looking to correct a bad service? Zero professionalism, zero customer care, and apparently zero clue about customer retention. Save your time, money, and nails—go somewhere that actually values their clients.

Nice environment. My nail tech rushed and when I pointed out the mistakes she would fix it and move on so fast. In the middle of my service she was worried about someone getting more clients than her. I had to ask her to remove the excess acrylic from the bottom of my nails and then she said is that good enough for you. I said yes and paid and left since there was no need to try and get it done right. She was just going to rush it again.
