Came in for a mani and pedi. I had nail polish on my toes, she never asked if it was gel but started filing it off as if it were gel. I was distracted chatting with my sister and didn’t notice until it was too late. I wanted a mani but no color, just natural nails. When they asked me to confirm again that I wanted no color I said correct no color on my fingernails. I selected the 2nd tiered manicure to give my cuticles and hands some love. Crystal was extremely rough on my nails, she hurt me and I said it hurt and she wouldn’t stop. She started the polish way down my nail bed so it looked old and grown out the day I went. Gel chipped off after 2 days. Other nail techs might be better but don’t see Crystal if you want to not be in pain she is extremely rough. This is my third time here and I really wanted to like it but it’s the worst.
I love Sassy Nails! I go every other week to get my nails and toes done. They make a point to remember my name and what services I get, and everything is always clean. I recommend them to everyone in the area!
