My mom and I had pedicures. The lady who did mine was wonderful. However, the man who did my mom's was extremely rude and rough throughout the whole process. We asked several times for the water to be hotter and he acted like we were bothering him. He was so rough when using the grinder that he hurt my mom. He also wouldn't let us have the same color because it would take longer so he made my mom pick another color. When he painted them they didn't even cover the whole nail.
