Excellent customer service
Writing a review because I was dissatisfied with my service here, my nails came out crooked and I was told it was the way my bone grew, thats when I knew I wasnt coming back because my bone has nothing to do with my nails. On top of when I asked to have MY nails cut shorter I was told No.. at first I thought I was hearing things , so I asked did you just say no? And the guy nail tech replied "yes shorter ugly " so now im dealing with pain from my shoes because my toenails too long when i wanted them cut. Said all this to say... read more
I'm not sure why anyone would give a bad review for this salon. I've been coming here for almost 9 years and yes, there's been a couple changes in management over the years. But every owner here has been great, including the employees! They are very clean, and they actually just lowered their prices and every tech is highly professional and well adept at what they do. They just started offering a steam pedicure too, which I tried and it was fantastic! So relaxing and my feet are still soft even days later! I always ask for D... read more
