I came in on mother's day with a friend of mine for a well deserved mani and pedi and I should of known from the dissatisfied look on the one and only customers face they had that my experience would be terrible. As my friend sat down with her nail tech Keri the other nail tech decided to leave and get lunch which was fine with me until three hours later . Horrible customer service! Got there at 7:20 and they close at 9 and the chunky curly haired last said she didn't have time to do a fill in. I'd rather pay more and have better service! I will never go there again.
Wasn’t allowed to even be serviced Because it was “too late” , I got there at 7:50, they close at 9, there is no reason for me to not have been taken care of, never going to come again !
