I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Sassy Nails. I scheduled a 3:30 PM appointment, but upon arrival, there was no space prepared for me. I was asked to follow the receptionist, yet no chair was ready, and the way I was directed to sit felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. After my drink order was taken, there was little to no interaction or warmth—far from what I would expect from a “luxury” experience. A good pedicure. The atmosphere is relaxing
I absolutely LOVE JESSIE . Her work is consistently amazing. Jessie pays attention to detail , very attentive and friendly. I always look forward to my appointment with her every 3-4 wks. I always get compliments on my nails and being a hairstylist , my nails remain intact . I would HIGHLY recommend her. The environment is excellent.
