My first visit to Sassy was a complete success. My stylist Fariba was very knowledgeable and experienced. She listened carefully to what I wanted and the resulting cut and highlights were exactly what I wanted! The salon is centrally located in Capilano mall, it is clean and nicely appointed. There are four stylists who work together and the atmosphere was friendly and professional. I will return for follow-up. A great experience -I highly recommend this salon.

I am extremely unhappy with this hair salon. They cut my mom's hair way too short—like a boy’s—even though she showed them a reference picture beforehand. The final result looked nothing like what she asked for. They need to be more careful and should always confirm with their clients before cutting hair that short. Also, they should consider using tools other than just scissors when necessary. The worst part is that my mom and sister got facial waxing, and it resulted in serious burns.
