Tracy has been doing my hair for years and has never disappointed me, she is also a friendly and caring human.
I’ve been going to Sassy Cuts for years and get so many compliments on my color all of the time. Great salon, reasonable prices and really fun owner.
Tracy was a blessing! She was bubbly and welcoming from the moment I met her. I explained my hesitancy around previous bad experiences, and she took the time to show me and explain what she was doing every step of the way. Her place fit my vibe and pricing was reasonable. I got a haircut and styling. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend her!
Pros: very personable & easy to talk to, over 30 years of experience. Cons: butchered my hair & I paid $60. There is a rough transition between layers and clearly uneven. I contemplated going back and asking her to fix it, but I honestly doubt her abilities. Hair looks better when styled but still noticeable. Very disappointed
