I called Sassy Chic's in Southside an made an appt with Kay (the owner). Kay did my highlights a couple of times and did okay. She never got the foils close enough to my scalp, still seeing dark afterward. She suggested using a toner 8NA on my roots. I trusted her suggestion based on knowing she had 40 +yrs of cosmetology. On my next visit, she used the toner. What a big mistake!!! ALL of my hair turned a dark/muddy/raspberry color!!! She stated she didn't know what had happened!
