Scheduling is easy and the service is great.
Terrible unprofessional place. I booked my nye hair 2 weeks ago. I come in to this appt and they said my appointment is cancelled by mistake. I have the text showing our confirmation and they admitted they made a mistake on their end but there's nothing they can do because there's no stylist. They left me with no choice because it's nye and everything is booked. I've been coming to them for so long and has been a loyal customer.
