Was drawn in to this boutique by the window display, and was not disappointed as far as the merchandise inside but I was horrified at the poor service I received. Upon walking in, I walked all the way to the back of the store because I didn't think anyone was present. I bought a casserole carrier, which was very cute, for my mom for Christmas. I asked to have it monogrammed as well. When I went to pick it up, it was already wrapped, so I didn't look at it. Come Christmas morning, when my mom opened her gift, the monogram was terrible. It was off-centered and crooked. The specific font made the "O" in my mom's initials look like a "D" (something I feel as though they would have realized and perhaps suggested a different font).
