Honest great guy, brought my Rolex which was purchased directly through Rolex to have a pin replaced after having a bad experience at J&S Jewelers in Cliftondale square telling me it was a fake watch. Arthur fixed it free of charge.

I brought a watch in to have the band adjusted to fit my young son. The guy did the work right away and only charged me a few bucks. I'm gonna head back tomorrow to have something else fixed.
