I went in for a consultation and this guy came up, said hi, I showed him a color and asked if it could be done without bleaching. He was like “no, not possible, your color is fine, no need to do anything, just keep doing what you’ve been doing.” I was honestly shocked… zero effort to actually consult or give me options, it felt like he was just trying to get me out of there. Not even sure if he was the owner or just an employee.

I had an outstanding experience at this salon. From start to finish, everything was handled with a level of professionalism that truly stands out. Mary did an incredible job with my platinum bleach. She was extremely knowledgeable, precise, and made sure the process was done safely while achieving exactly the look I wanted. The results came out clean, even, and exceeded my expectations. I have been going to Vidal Sassoon for over 20 years -- I had to cancel my appointment today for a one process color. They are charging 50% of the cost as a no show. Life happens -- not sure I have ever cancelled an appointment there. +the chairs where they wash your hair are broken and you feel like you are slipping out of them. Sad to stop going there but change is good.
