I had an outstanding experience at this salon. From start to finish, everything was handled with a level of professionalism that truly stands out. Mary did an incredible job with my platinum bleach. I have been going to Vidal Sassoon for over 20 years -- I had to cancel my appointment today for a one process color. They are charging 50% of the cost as a no show. Life happens -- not sure I have ever cancelled an appointment there. +the chairs where they wash your hair are broken and you feel like you are slipping out of them. Sad to stop going there but change is good.

I had my second haircut with Olive at Sassoon Salon in Tysons Galleria, and she is truly amazing. Korean stylists are known for their delicate touch and attention to detail, and Olive is the perfect example of that. She uses top-quality scissors, and I loved the clean, satisfying sound as she trimmed my layers with such precision.
