I would describe my manicurist as unhappy, distant, and uninterested. The quality of work was about the same as I do at home. I wish them well, but to be honest, this just isn't a happy place.
They always do an amazing job. I recently moved here and tried several salons. This by far is my favorite. Won't go anywhere else
Amazing customer service and talented technicians! An hour before my appointment, the salon called to let me know they were running 30 minutes behind. I really appreciated the heads-up—it was able to adjust my timing and didn’t have to wait at the salon. When I went to pay, they even gave me an unexpected coupon as a courtesy for the delay.
