Hi Sassi! I just wanted to pass on some feedback from my experience yesterday and a big, big, big thank you to Julie. I went in for a pregnancy massage , which I just love , but when I laid down I became very hot and very nauseous. I asked to stop and was very willing to pay and do whatever was needed as I know you are a small business. Julie was so kind and helpful and wouldn’t let me pay. Bought two items from this business online, which they could not supply. They called me up to let me know, promising to reimburse me - which they have not done. Non-responsive, as of yet. Hope that they will still provide promised reimbursement, as well as take those products offline (they're still up there, 2 weeks later). Bad business, bad ethics, very disappointing.
