I've worked with Nancy Weber for most of my 26+ year legal career. She is the most effective family law mediator I know. She's empathetic, kind and has great listening skills. But she can also be a bit more direct, when circumstances require. She has a knack for finding creative solutions for cases that don't seem capable of resolution. She is highly respected by her peers and solution-focused attorneys insist on using her, whenever possible.
Please DO NOT use NANCY WEBER as a mediator in your child custody case, especially if you are not from Orange County, Fl. Nancy is rude, aggressive,, arrogant and condescending.
