Called Sasser because I had been told by First Call more than once there was a miscommunication. Also First Call called me 45 mins before they were supposed to be at my home and told me they made someone else “higher priority” And would see me in 4 days. I say all of that to tell you I called Sasser, they had a team to my house in a little over an hour! Those guys were super professional, helpful, and informative.
