Communication from this office is terrible. I was sent a bill and then after looking at the filings would find errors. The most recent filing has the correct names on the first page, as well as my children’s identifying information, however, it was served by mail to some random person I’ve never heard of in another state. I confirmed this with the courthouse. The attorney hasn’t responded to any of my messages about who this person is or how it happened. They also haven’t redone the filing. I can't speak to the Sasser side of the firm, but Jacobson and Steele (associate attorney) totally slipped on my case, failed to submit a file within the stated timeline, this caused unnecessary time spent on motions and responding to other attorneys.
