We used to live in a street-facing unit and have moved to a riverfront unit. It has a fantastic view! Duncan St is a very well-located and quiet Street. Unfortunately, the two units that we used to live in were sold. This situation was very stressful for a tenant with kids wanting to stay. There is no privacy at all with a lot of inspections. Big delay to fix issues in the unit. If you want to be a tenant, I hope you get more luck.

This is one of the best properties ive lived in. It was very sad to leave. Karen and Karl, the building managers are the nicest most understanding building managers ive had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend living in this property. the building is very clean and well maintained.
New management is great. Lived at Sassari now for 14 months, Best location. Quiet, Love it!
