We have been longtime customers and usually big fans of Sassano’s. The last salad I received from there was a disgrace with hardly any chicken and just an extremely small salad overall. The prior owners would have never served that product. Used to be a giant salad with a healthy amount of chicken. I get mistakes happen, but when I tried to call to let staff know I wasn’t happy for what I paid money for but they never got back to me. My family is disappointed that I refuse to go back now due to lack of customer service.
Sassano’s is one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in the area. The buffalo chicken sandwich is hands down my favorite—perfectly cooked chicken with great flavor and just the right amount of heat. The chicken Caesar wrap is equally excellent, packed with fresh ingredients and always made consistently well. Great food, friendly service, and a menu you can keep coming back to. Highly recommend!
I came to check this place out specifically for the chicken Caesar wrap since it was mentioned in all the reviews. I opted to add the cutlet for a crunchier bite for $2 more. Making my total $16 for one sandwich. The breading on the cutlet was soft so no crunch. Luckily they add croutons which is nice. I wish it had a bit more flavor. I would try a different sandwich from here.
If you're a regular anywhere near the Paoli area, you've probably already heard this place has the best sandwiches. It's true.
