Amazing custom jewellery service! Knowledgeable staff & reasonable prices
Worst customer experience ever. They don’t open on time. When i said i wanted to purchase something in the window both staff were rude and abrupt and didn’t want to serve me. Would not go here again

Had to get a diamond in my engagement ring replaced twice and the staff were amazing. I’ve never seen my ring shine so brightly before.
I went here in mid Feb 2024 and was served by Annabelle. I saw a design online and wanted it customised so that I could propose. I was going abroad and needed it within a month which most other jewellers I talked to said they couldn't do. I got my ring within 2-3 weeks and absolutely adored it. I was also given some advice about the ring that the staff there didn't need to give me but they did because they cared and I really appreciated it.
