Very nice doctor, great staff, and he seems to be very intelligent, upbeat, thorough, and explains everything. I'd recommend him.
He was excellent, but just unable to reach his office for anything. There are no listed office hours on google, only hits the IVR when you call and there is no option to reach the front desk. I had my physicals done, never got any feedback, called up a few times to check status of bloodwork results, got no feedback. Will be changing my PCP soon.
My name is Marcella Case. I was a patient of Dr Sass for 14 years. We had a discussion because his office was very lax about getting faxes to refill prescriptions. I has my pharmacy sent me texts three times that my physician’s office didn’t respond to their fax. I asked him to call me.
