SCAM ALERT! Went to this office last year and the Doctor was nice and somewhat helpful. This year they want $175 dollars as an “Administrative Fee”, basically meaning they want another $175 to do their jobs. This is NOT a co pay or part of a deductible, it’s just an EXTRA $175 fee. The woman who was very nice, said it was a new fee they want because they have to do a lot of work and insurance isn’t always paying them for it, but that’s not our problem. Quite possibly the worst doctor I’ve ever had. His front desk staff has clearly never been trained on how to handle patient calls, visits, etc. He is routinely over an hour late for appointments and rambles on endlessly for no reason other than perhaps to hear himself talk? It adds no value. I need a refill of Synthroid which is quite important as it regulates my thyroid. His office took several days to respond only to say that they would not refill it until I came in for a physical and had bloodwork done for the synthroid. ... read more
