This is the worst company with poor-quality materials. I hired them to install window blinds at one of my Tim Hortons locations, and they started falling off the windows soon after. Despite several calls and messages, they eventually came to reinstall them, but they fell off again. I contacted a representative named Rob, who completely ignored my calls and messages. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Stephanie did an installation in our condo last year and she was professional and meticulous and the blinds she recommended were exactly what we needed. I highly recommend working with her and SASS!
