Went last week for a Trial and it was brilliant. Rounds of snatches, Russian twists?, and slamming a medicine ball down for 17 mins - it was great. The fact the instructor told me what to do and coached me was good as I haven't really ben to a gym in my life. I play Rugby and just get by with running normally. I'll be back in a few months to work out. Oh, couldn't walk for a while afterwards haha

Tried the 12-wk program with nutritionist and fitness coaching, and am happy with the results so far. Evidenced-based and knowledgeable coaches and nutritionists. Helpful for building personalized and sustainable habits and exercise routine.
The coaching staff is good. They dont know their payment system really well. I had a lot of issues with generating a bill. Also they over charge you when you cancel, brings up anonymous cancellation policy. The ended up over charging me for last couple of months. I would not join this facility again and I do not recommend this to anyone.
