We were super happy last year when we used Sasquatch for the first time so they were who we called when our older heat pump was icing up this year. Shaun was super easy to deal with and wonderful in pointing out what we should start with before delving deeper. And it turned out his thoughts were exactly what was needed!! No idea how old this heat pump is but it's still going strong! It's not uncommon for some companies to try and talk you into a newer system but each time we've dealt with these guys, we have never felt that.... read more
