I am very pleased to write this review for Gordon Hay. This morning Gordon installed an old, recently repaired, stained glass chandelier for me. He hung this heavy lamp on a high, sloped ceiling from a ladder basically with one hand, while holding up the lamp with the other hand. Gordon was friendly, patient, and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Sasquatch Heat Pumps for their good service, and Gordon Hay for the excellent job he did here. B. Danyluck
We recently had our heat pump serviced and some major parts replaced. Mason was fantastic! He was on time, explained everything as he worked, cleaned up everything and finished up earlier than expected. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable - we highly recommend Mason, and the rest of the Sasquatch team. Kate and Emily in the office were lovely to deal with as well.
