Power outages aren’t, exactly, regular in Sooke, but since they do happen, and since we do have a portable generator, why not add the electrical access to power our major appliances during failures? Tom Lemke arrived in the window offered, inspected everything required for the job, was personable and very communicable about what would be required, how the install would be placed, how the panel would work, and took the time to provide us with an accurate estimate. Taylor was fantastic, thorough and her attention to detail was exceptional! She went over everything in detail at the end and made me feel like I was in good hands. Very great service, will definitely use Sasquatch again!
Kevin and Ash were very good, professional and courteous. They kept me advised of all they were doing and what progress was made as well as what was next. Jeff finished off with the gas work and did a great job! I think the system works well, time will tell if it is “efficient “. The cost is higher than we first thought it would be. The operation manual leaves a lot to be desired and the remotes are not the simplest to operate (and not much help from the manual!). Great service by Taylor this morning, answered all our questions, provided some great information on how to continue to use our unit in all the right ways and best practices. Really friendly, warm, professional and clearly skilled at what she does. A great experience, we'll stick with Sasquatch.
