With Shania Ticket presale I had exactly the same problem as the preview customer did, continually going through the process right to the end then getting the response “there is an error”. This went on for hours with my account as well as with my husband’s Sasktix account too. It was very frustrating to say the least as I lost held seats numerous times. :(
I have spent most of today trying to get tickets to the Shania Twain concert in July. After finding the seats I wanted I was told there was an error and to try again later. This went on for 45 minutes, even after selecting different seats and using a different device. When I tried calling their customer support I was told their office was open at noon and have been calling for the past 2 hours, either getting a busy signal or the answering machine which is full.
