I went and purchase myself an iPhone 16 from this store and at the same time I purchased a case and a screen protector. Well the Sasktel guy, a tall older Caucasian man, whom I didn’t get his name kept taking off the screen protector at least 5 times to reposition right and get out the bubbles he says!! But as soon as I left the store one corner of the screen protector wouldn’t even stay on the phone anymore. So by the time I went back to my sisters place it was too late to go back on a Saturday. Sindy was very helpful and was able to get my issues solved. Same with Destiny from Regina. Edit October (end part) my phone SEEMS normal enough but sometimes my messenger on the face time book and the sms messages seem to be possessed by a ghost. The strangest info about me comes out. And strange links too. Links my 85 year old mother would have no idea how to send. Please help! I left the stars at 5 since it's probably something I did this time.
I had a great experience with Selina at the SaskTel store! She was really nice, professional, and clearly knew what she was doing. Her service and communication skills were amazing. She made everything easy to understand and handled everything smoothly. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!
Been with SaskTel years, overall a 3 flat. Not this specific location but SaskTel the company. Outages can only be reported BY PHONE?? So when phones AREN’T WORKING the only way to let them know IS BY THE NON/WORKING PHONE??? Do better, it’s 2025, this is fully ridiculous.
