Been with SaskTel years, overall a 3 flat. Not this specific location but SaskTel the company. Outages can only be reported BY PHONE?? So when phones AREN’T WORKING the only way to let them know IS BY THE NON/WORKING PHONE??? Do better, it’s 2025, this is fully ridiculous.
Terrible store terrible service my phone hasn't even been able to make a phone call in the past 3 hours this is way more then a minor inconvenience people's jobs and finances will be effected by this totally unecceptable
Sindy was very helpful and was able to get my issues solved. Same with Destiny from Regina.
