I went to Sasktel at Cornwall recently. The wait time was a bit awful but my experience afterwards with Hassan made all my frustration go away. He started by acknowledging how longer wait times can be stressful and listen to my rant for a while before helping me with my queries. I got a new phone for a great price all thanks to Hassan who was extremely kind humble and best of all trilingual which made the process also smooth and conversation worth remembering. We left sasktel at the end of February as we found their prices higher than others. We had a pretty big credit on our account and they still haven't sent the refund cheque. We've contacted them a few times and still nothing in June!
