Been a customer since before I could remember and now I’m over it. They treat loyal customers like absolute garbage. Charging $70 after there phone gets cut off from there bad app! Won’t be returning to Sasktel once my account is over

Absolutely terrible experience. We waited for more than 30 minutes with no reasonable explanation or proper service. The staff were extremely unfriendly and showed very little concern for customers.

Had an appointment booked from 4-6 to get internet installed, I had other stuff to do but wanted my internet set up today so I canceled my plans to get it done. At 3:50 I got a call from the 1800 number and missed it so I called back and was on hold for a while. Hung up figured it was a reminder about my appointment as I got a text reminder 2 min after. No doorbell ring no phone call from a number where I could reach the tech back and only one phone call from the 1800 number. Waited around till 6:10 and called back to see if... read more
