When your competitor has hours tech support why not you? You expect us to call you when we are in Office?? Does it make sense? No? Then improve the setup
I decided to cancel my service with Sasktel since the prices for them have been continually going up for mediocre serive. I am also super disappointed in this location (cornwall center). I came to return some equipment and to cancel my service, but had to wait for 2 hours and 45 minutes before I was seen by a CSR, which i was with them for a maximum of 5 minutes. After this experience im glad that I decided to change providers.
Brad with SaskTel thoroughly handled all of my inquiries. Gave me the most optimal resolution where others were misinformed or could not. At no point did I ever feel cheated, let down or unfairly compromised.
