Helpful over the phone, however the tech that came out this morning made our power flicker/cut out worse, said theyd be back at 7-8am and has not been back at all since. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and very unprofessional now telling me "sometime tonight" I lost a full day of work, and an elderly ladys electronic equipment hasnt been staying running outting her in potential danger. I will be raising concerns to a higher authority.
The apps/websites are brutal now. Can't tell if they never work, or simply and somehow coincide with power outages. Have had several unplanned outages occur, and low and behold, each time I want to see what's going on I cannot open the SaskPower website or app. Has nothing to do with Wi-Fi being knocked out, just getting 502 bad gateways or full on connection refused errors on cellular data. I called in today to inquire about my bill, the customer service woman was rude. Bad enough you have to hang on the line for ever to get through, listen to there list of options and when you finally do get through there short with you? Guess your lucky your the only show in town because if we had a choice many of us would move on. I understand why your google rating is a 1.7
