Saskia is a great yoga instructor and did an excellent job introducing me to yoga. Very professional and took great care and time to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. She also has done an excellent job on the maintenance of several of my horse with her massage therapy. I know it has probably prevented some injury’s with the care care she provides
I cannot say enough positive things about Saskia!! She’s has been nothing short of absolutely amazing! Everything about her program is top notch!! Highly recommend!

Menschlich und fachlich die Beste, die man sich wünschen kann. Sie geht individuell auf dich ein und bringt dich wieder ins Gleichgewicht. Jede Stunde ist eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag, die ich immer wieder gerne nehme
